Leadership

In Pack 421, we believe every Scout deserves a trained leader. All leaders in Cub Scouting are parent volunteers.

Volunteering as a Scout leader is one of the best ways to model the Scout Oath and Law to your scout, and it is a great way to make close personal connections with other families in your community.

To inquire about volunteering, contact the Cubmaster and/or Pack committee chair.
