Ready to join Pack 421?

Click the button below. You will be taken to national website of Scouting America, our parent organization. Once there, select Youth to submit a youth member application in Pack 0421, Capitol Areal Council BSA.

Membership dues in the national Scouting organization is $85 per Scout and will be collected when you submit the online youth membership application. Pack 421 has additional annual dues of $35 per Scout that should be paid separately via our online store or in person at the first Pack meeting. See our costs information page for more details.

You do not have to submit an Adult application to register your child in Cub Scouts, but we are a parent-volunteer-led organization and welcome new adult volunteers. If you might be interested taking a leadership or supporting role in our Pack, please speak to one of the Pack leaders.
